DETOXIFICATION!


FRUITS
are so powerful and it is a very healthy way of removing toxins out of your body.  

Normally as a humans, our body has a unique way of fighting off any stranger in form of parasite, pathogens, viruses, toxins and anything that are capable of making us fall sick. When our body is full of toxins, it will lower the function of the the body(liver, kidney, digestive system/gut to mention a few).

If we must stay Healthy then we must learn how to detoxify our body.

DETOXIFYING the body refers to the process of eliminating harmful toxins and waste products from the body through various natural or medical methods. It involves the liver, kidneys, colon, and other organs working together to remove these harmful substances and promote overall health and well-being.

DETOXIFICATION is the process of removing any thing in the body system that acts as harm to health. You will agree with me that our environment is full of poisonous waste and most of these poisons do find their way to our system. This then makes it important for us to detoxify our body. I will be showing you how to detoxify using fruits but then, here are the signs that shows the body needs to be detoxified:

1). Constant Feeling Of Tiredness.

2). Wrinkled/Rough Skin.

3). Slit Headache.

4). Constipation Or Indigestion.

5). Getting Sick Over And Over Again.

6). Lack Of Concentration And Forgetfulness.

7). Excessive Weight In A Space Of Weeks.I

Therefore, if you are expressing one or more of the signs, then I wish to let you know that you are not alone and it high time you DETOXIFY. Coupled with various processed foods we have around us, the body system also deserves thorough cleansing.

I don't know if you've experienced this; after getting a treatment on either malaria or typhoid fever, after two weeks or a month, you are down again with a more serious malaria. Very often that occurs because the immune system meant  to fight against the pathogen or parasite is already weak as a result of toxins 

Detoxification helps revive the immune.

 A body detox can help the body's natural cleansing process by: 

– Stimulates the liver to drive those toxins gotten from foods out from the body.

 – Promotes elimination through the intestines, kidneys, and skin.

Amazing right? (Smiles), So when was the last time you ate fruits? You know as little as fruit may be and as underated as it may seem, it contain lots of elements that are barely found in most of the foods that we consume often. Fruits are rich in Vitamins, Fiber and Antioxidant.

For today, I will only list few fruits that are particularly beneficial for detoxification include:

1). CITRUS FRUITS: such as lemons, oranges limes, and grapefruits, contain high levels of Vitamin C and helps to stimulate the liver. You see, the liver, it's the chief engine responsible for removing waste from our body, so if anything happens to the liver the body will fail. So eating lots of citrus fruits is very important, this will keep the liver active to remove toxins..

2). BANANAS: this has high potassium, fiber and vitamin B6 content, that helps lower blood pressure and reduce your risk for heart disease.

3). PINEAPPLES: contains an enzyme called Bromelain that can aid in digestion and reduce any form of inflammation.

4). APPLES: are high in fiber and can help to promote bowel regularity and remove toxins from the digestive system.

5). BERRIES: such as blueberries and raspberries, are high in antioxidants and can help to reduce inflammation in the body.

By incorporating these fruits into your diet, you are already helping to support your body's natural detoxification processes and you are on a journey to achieve a healthier and more vibrant you.
